First published by Antarctic Press in 1993 before moving to creator Terry Moore’s own Abstract Studios, then a stint at Image Comics, then back to Abstract Studios, Strangers in Paradise follows Katina “Katchoo” Choovanski, Francine Peters and David Qin in what starts as something of a love triangle-and an early benchmark for queer representation in comics-and ends up covering organized crime syndicates and shadowy assassinations.
